i find under such circumstances it is comforting to throw your self into a favourite hobby or perhaps find a new one to be passionate about.just a thought.

Yeah, we would like to know how you're doing.

As far as all those advises are concerned, see them mostly as signs of moral support from all over the world. Noboby who doesn't know your situation can give you a proper advise.
For me, when I have problems, it helps to take a long run, or even a long walk will help.
It boosts energy through your body, it is a proven anti-depressivum and the long mental conversations you'll have during the run might even put things in the right perspective. If not, it often still clears the mind...
