So, should I be worried if I placed an order on the morning of 12/14, and nothing has happened since? It still says "order in process." :hmm:

Well, they use US. Postal Service for shipping within North America, so it's unlikely you'll get it before Xmas at this point.

I finally got a reply from them advising me of the status of my order, which they said should arrive Tues/Wed of this coming week. I'm glad I finally heard from them, and the sounded pretty apologetic for not getting back to me sooner.

Woo-hoo! Just got it in the mail today!! :up:

Didn't even care that I had to pay Canada Customs fee.
