Regarding health and "poisoning", Vitamine D is not a "vitamine" (the definition of this stuff is debatable anyway) but a hormone. "[...] Inadequate levels of vitamin D3 can therefore affect many different systems in the body. The skin's ability to synthesize it decreases with age, which is why people over 65 are a risk group for a mild vitamin D3 deficiency. Symptoms include fatigue, slowed thinking, depression, muscle weakness and cramps, pain in the knees and back, sleep disorders, skin problems, increased susceptibility to infections and bacterial infections. In adults, painful bone softening, osteomalacia, can occur, while a deficiency in children in combination with a calcium deficiency leads to rickets. If a deficiency is detected, vitamin D3 can be substituted with tablets. However, as everywhere else, care must be taken to avoid overdosing, as this can also be harmful. Animal experiments have shown that a chronic excess of vitamin D3 leads to premature ageing. Other possible consequences include cancer, curvature of the spine, skin ageing, damage to the small intestine, testosterone deficiency and impotence. [...]" Translated with DeepL.com (free version) https://mic-berlin.de/vitmain-d-ist-kein-vitamin/ So while "vitamine D" (it is not a "vitamine" but a neurotransmitter) is of course 'good' and useful I would not describe it as a "Wunderwaffe" against all the bad in this world, and especially not for everyone. |

The risks of vitamine D overdosing get systematically dramatized and exaggerated to keep people in fear of these bad wicked supplements and at best have them not taking any. They should better buy heavy drugs once they got successfully ill, thats safer. A study from Turkey showed that mistakenly overdosing the dose for several hundred babies in hospitals due to an erratically produced charge of vitamin D that then was distrubuted to dozens of hospitals, had no lasting consequences, and saw the calcidiol in serum levels going back to normal within days. What does overdosing mean in this case? Well: the babies got 4000 (four thousand) times the dose they should get. Factor 4000. You read that right. Some people with certain health conditions must eb given severla hunbdred thoszhand IEs per day, else they do not even score a minimal effect from it. Do not exceed 150,000 IUs for a bolus dose without medical advice, and do not exceed 40,000 IE per day frequently and for many months, take a solid ammount of Magnesium (not Magnesium oxide, however) and take plenty of K2, you are safe, periodid. Dont let yourself getting talked dizzy by doctors and lobbyists who want to scareminger you. They want you sick. Healthy people do not become Big Pharma'S and Big Food's loyal customers. I take 20,000 IE of vitamine D in the 7 dark months of the year, and 10-15 thousand in the summer months. Since almost 5 years now. Just today I saw a new video on YT, some big name scientist has done a soooper-doooper study showing that showed that sugar and plant seed oils are a very, very healthy and work best for your health if consummed together, and aplenty. Still any questions on the state of things and where they want to push us?? If you want it back on white, do bloodwork. Either a calcidiol in serum test that hopefully gives you a result of minimum 60 ngr/ml, but you want it closer to the hundred, believe it. Even levels of 150 and much higher I would no longer worry about if a calcium blood test shows no elevated levels. Whether its needed or beneficial to oush calcidiol levels this way, is somehtign difefrentm I only say even 100-150 is not dangerous in itself. You could also do a calcium test alone, thats much cheaper than a calcidiol test. If there is no problem with your calcium in blood, stop worrying for your vitamin D level being too high. If your doc tells you you do not need more than 60, or that you should drop it when you are closer to 80 or even 100 or that it is not beneficial - flee immediately an find a better qualified doctor. High calcium can be one of several indicators for osteoporosis which is becoming a desease of the younger ones now, too. you can suffer from that even when you take much vitamin D, because vitmine D is not directly involved in bringing calcium into bone and teeth and keep it there. Vitamine D and A allow forming of osteocalcine and matrix GLA protein, which do these jobs of transportation - but only if they got activated, hydroxilated by vitamin K2. like you must turn the key to launch the car engine. No key - no drive. In this case: start consuming very high doses of vitamine K2. Several thousand mcgr per day!! Vitamine D alone does not do the trick against osteoporosis. You must cure your K2 deficiency. And thats practically all one needs to know about the "big" risk of overdosing vitamine D, that is bull. Kidney failure, cancer, early death - forget it. Scaremongering. D3 together with K2, Mg (not as oxide), and then lean back. |

What difference would that make? It's magnesium ions in both cases. |

Magnesium oxide is almost insoluable in water. It will not get released from its salt, as long as it is not soluable. Gastric acid helps to disolve it, but its a hard job for the body, and that is why only a small part of the amount of net magnesium in the magnesium oxide ends up being digestable, I mean: gets extracted in the guts and pulled over into the blood stream. You feel this problem: Magnesium oxide easily causes diarrhea if you take too much of it, and you probably will not be able to take as much of it as your body needs to slowly compensate the magnesium deficit and full up its reserves that according to various views affect 45-65% of Western populations. This underlying principle deficiency is hard to heal, it takes many, many months, the attempt will not create effects already after a few weeks. There are various forms in which Magnesium binds, all of them that are not oxide have the advantage to be much easier soluable, and thus hava much higher bio availabilty: you absorb more of the net magnesium content included than with Magnesium oxide. That leads to the situaiton that you may have a magnesium form that has less net content of Magnesium per capsule than that Magneisium oxide you have , nevertheless your body will gain more net magnesium from it than from the capsule with Magnesium oxide and its higher net content of magnesium. Very importnt, many people suffer from loose stool if taking just a tiny bit too much of Magnesium oxide, me too. I learned I could completely bypass that symptom by taking a preparation that is made not just with Magnesium oxide, but also -glycinate, -malmat, citrite, and -ascorbat. All these different forms also have varying other secondary positve effects on your organs thta m ake them all slightly different from each other. You have this problem of varying bioavailabuiliy with many nutrients in your food, also you may benefit from offering different forms of one and the same element. For example, iodine and iodide (iodine salt that is) both adress different functions and purposes in your body and cells while sharing others, you want both forms of it, although once inside the cell iodide gets reduced to elemental iodine again. Nutritional supplementation should not be done with a picky approach of just a few singled-out items - if you do it like you eat your ordinary food (which supplements should not replace but supplement only, thats why we call them that). Supplement broadly, a widely varying broadside of different ammunitions, and have certain micronutrients in it in different forms, if possible. They all may work together (some block each other from getting assimilated of you take them together however and are not separated by 2-4 hours or so, thats why I recommend not to use multi-vitamine pills), they all need also many co-factors the body must have in its ready-racks, else the supplemnts just pass through your guts and get thrown out and you spent the money and have little to no benefit, but your pee and poop is precious and costly. :) . Its nothign for only soloists, its a big concerto of many, many voices, and the overhwelming majority of voices you do not, can not and should not try to just supplement: for that you do something else: you eat heathy stuff. We supplement just that that your food no longer contains in sufficient amounts, while it is nevertheless vital for us. And not many people know that for example over the past 110 years the vitamine content of apples have dropped by factors between 5 and 8. Just one apple a day keeps the doctor away? Considering the plant toxines in it and the abundance of fructose, i say: you can forget about your silly apple, its not good for you - and the lack of vitamines in it is the least of the concerns here. There is a reason why diabetics are told to not eat fruits: sugars. Plus the chemical warfare the plant wages against you trying to eat it. It does not want to get eaten, at least not by you. The erosion if our fields and agriculkturla soil has led to a situation when practically all - at leats nmost of - our veggies and fruits nowadays contain just fracitons of the micro-nutrients they once contained. And if you think you still must eat apples, at least stay away from the sweet ones, prefer the soar ones. Edit: bioavsilabultiuy, the one supolement that maybe is mroe affected by this than any other, is vitamine C. Vitamine C is water soluable and is not stored for long in the body if you are not ill. Most people take it as Ascorbat, but they have almost no benefit form that, they either must run to the toilet becasue the took too much, which you do eaisly when you are not ill, or it gets excreted verxy quickly with the urin: you would need ot take doses of it every 1-2 hours, and then woukd have a prbem with the dusprutoons yourconstant toiletbraces cause. Better take it as the - slightly more expnsive - liposomal vitam ine C. It bypasses all torbles in the guts compelktely, and cna be stored by the body for hours and hours and hours. If oyu are sick, you cna reach vitmaine C levels with this that usually only can get achieved by giving it as infusions. When you are ill, you will find that the demand for and tolernac eof vitmiane C in yoru body explodes, by factors, even by low two digit factors. They want to demonise it a lot, and like with vitmniane D'S demonizaiton its all bull so that their profit interests from selling heavy drugs get not touched upon. For some time the free selling of vitmniane C in the US, in the 80s, was even prohibited, but they could not sustain it, thankfully. |
What it boils down to is most of the food available sold in stores these days is garbage and does not supply proper nutrition for our bodies. That crap weakens our immune system and we get sick more often and have even harder time shaking it off. Solution: Eat better.
You know where to find the nutritional food at? Look for the least dazzling isles and packaging it’s normally tucked away in the corner or back of the store with the least amount of light, bling and colorful advertisements. There you will find the fruits vegetable and meats. What do you do if have an irregular heartbeat? Do you think a doctor trying to stay in business is just going to tell you that your body is essentially a battery and to drink more water? Hell no, they will write prescriptions of all sorts and more prescriptions to counteract the side effects of first prescription. Want to lower blood pressure make a banana and spinach smoothie it has potassium up the wazzoo plus a bunch of other nutritional benefit. Or go to the doctor get your pills your choice because you think there’s just no other way because science. |
Banana: plenty of carbs/sugar and fibre, all that is bad; spinacci: plenty of oxalates. Fruits are a prpbem becasue they drive the appetite and unleash the gylcaemic rollercoaster. Oxalates, well, for a start
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/K_iWhlhDxM0 Keep it simplier if you need a snack. Eat an egg or two with salt to taste, and a teaspoon of butter. Or a can of sardines if you can eat them (they are not for me, I admit), makarel in its own juice (no added oil) also is a very good snack for in between and hunger finds you, and different to sardines I like makarel. A piece of fatty cheese. There are four electrolytes that are of key relevance, and they need to be prughly balances, so if you take more of the one, you also need to raise the other, and vice versa. These are potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium. In many people, thrs eare messed up in any wa yor the other,, especially becasue our foods are depleted in potassium and magnesium, and people make it worse by intentionally reducing salt becasue that is what the officiao guidelines tell them to do and they believe it. What is true is that if you take suppkements, esoecially potassium ines, these can sometimes reeuce or otherwise interfere with certain ctageories of blood pressure meds, soy lou needd ot et informaiton on your specific medications regarding this. But I would nto accept a doctor who is in principel against supplementation in general to have the final word on it. On supermarkets, well, I hear an dread time and again that eating habits in the US are even much worse than they are in Europe, that Big Pharma interferes much more with people's lifes, and that everything gets dunked in and coated with sugar that evertyhign is heavily ndustrially processed and that there are many stores where oyu even cant get unprocessed foods, instead sheves and shevles with candy-sweet cereals and crackers and lite products, and that only fat reduced stuff is available in many stores. Well, it seems the only way to deal with that is - stay away from these places. Dr. Ken Berry gave the advise in one of his videos, speaking on Americna supermarkets which he obviously knows better than I do, that one should stay away formt heir centre space because that is where they concentrate all the worst stuff, and instead one should focus on the corners and walls because there you find the less processed foods and the natural foods, meats, and if you wish, veggies and fruits. Personally, I will not recommend to eat veggies or fruits. Havent done so since 10 months, and it was the easiest part of my exercises. I dont miss them at all, not one bit. Beside carbs, the many problematic ingredients include: Lectins Cyanides Carcinogens Oxalates Toxins Tannins Nightshades Nutrient blockers Hormone disruptors Fibre special toxins making you photo sensitive. You say they wont kill you, and in a way you are right. Smoking a pack of cigarettes today also will not kill you. Smoking a pack of cigarettes every day and for months and years - thats a different story however. ;) Dr. Chaffee brings it to the point when he says: plants dont want you to eat them, and they protect their seeds, because their seeds are their babies. That is why plants try to harm and kill you, each in its own specific attempt. Only absolute specialist species can eat and digest very specific plants and/ or their seeds that are their species adequate diet then. Only these can transform cellulose into saturated fat - yes, even herbivores live of fat, not of pure grass. The ration of carnivore species versus herbivore species is 70:30, becasue animallife finds it so mcuh easier to live by eatign other naimals instea dplants. Worse, the scales are shifting further, the number of herbivore species in the evolutionary game declines further. BTW, most of the fruits and veggies you eat today have not yet existed just a few generations ago. And you think you already are evolutionary adapted...? We are not herbivores. We are 100% carnivores and apex predators. Predators live by eating other animals. We just show the behaviour of opportunistic herbivores, but we are not really metabologically and physiologically adapted to that. We have no secum, we have not the right mix of digestive enzymes, our skeletons and some joints and our teeth and face physiognomy show us to be hunters and carnivores, our digestive tract has an even more acidic pH value than that of wolves or big cats ; many of our modern deseases come form the fact that we try to use our carnivore ophysiology to digest plant food we are not made to digest. We pay for this since 12 to 14 thousand years - since we began with agriculture and settling down. Since then we physically degenrate. LINK - Weston A. Price: Nutrition and Physical Degeneration, 1937. LINK: https://www.westonaprice.org/physical/#gsc.tab=0 |
Cutting the oxalate-rich foods in your diet alone will not reduce the likelihood of forming calcium oxalate kidney stones. Some people are more prone than others to kidney stones and may get them no matter what they eat.
In fact, drinking sufficient amounts of water to dilute urine to prevent oxalate collection in the kidneys remains the #1 recommendation. Stay hydrated, it does a body good. Anyway, back to mRNA injections. I can guarantee food processors are only interested in the health of the animal simply to help cut costs and overhead. They really don’t give a damn about our health so long as what they can get away with doesn’t immediately start killing us all off. It’s about the bottom line that matters in business. |
Reason to stick with CV is huge!

No food beats a thick slice of fatty beef with rosé core and red heart, fried medium raw, the crispy crusts filled with delicous roasted flavours. The iron so hot that it almost glows, 90-100 second per side. Life can be so easy, yet so good. Outside this crispy crust, the inside like jelly. Salt, black pepper a bit, herbal butter, the meat laying in a puddle of juice on the plate. Slobber-di-slobber-di-slobber-di-gulp! Enjoy it a slong as it lasts, Gerald, they will use bird flu to further restrict the availability of meat and drive up costs even more. They will never ban it and exposing themsleves to criticism by that - they will just make it unaffordable and then innocently tell the stunned public that people stopped buying meat all by themselves. |
Chuck Roast with a Texas rub, slow cooked at 250 degrees Fahrenheit until internal temp reaches 203 F (no less, no more) turns into wonderfully beefy, tender, gelatinous, yummy mess.

I slobber. :yeah:
But rubs only when they are not so sweet that it pulls out your teeth. Some of them have hilarious ammounts of sugar in them. Which, on a sidenote, ruins the health effects of carnivore diet (insuline spike + fat = not good...). But some rubs are tasty, no doubt, I like socalled Magic Dust, but it too has too much sugar, thats why I now deny it myself. |

With just black pepper and salt you never can go wrong. In principleypur Texas rub then is what I do, just that I dont use ammounts like in a rub, for a steal rub in my understanding is like a breading. I add herbal butter, however. Generous salt, more salt than pepper.
Butter also is a great flavour. |
