I guess I'm like many here. No Brussel sprouts or cauliflower. No lamb either. Friends that hunt have given me deer meat but no matter how I have prepared it, I didn't like it. We eat salads with chicken or beef cut up in it. Our salads feature generous amounts of fresh Spinach with equally generous amounts of green, red and yellow Peppers, Cucumbers, Tomatoes and Onions and olives. I top the salads off with a nice Balsalmic Vinaigrette dressing. Fresh Italian or French Bread to sop up excess dressing is nice too. I do like beets and Broccoli and most vegetables. They help address heart and circulation health issues among other things

I like a plate of sliced cucumbers lightly seasoned and with Balsalmic Vinaigrette dressing. Not much is better than a good pan fried fresh rainbow trout. Cod is great as well.

Lifelong dislike of garlic despite the fact I eat so much curry....provided I can't taste or smell it.

Brains.

I admit to an emotional and irrational aversion of eating mammal brains.

No logical reason, but just the idea upsets me.

Be about the same consistency i'd bet.

I'll eat pretty much anything except Cilantro/Coriander (tastes like a mouthful of diesel), Mint, and I'm not keen on Dill either.
