Last year the Frau and I reached forty-years (47-counting living in sin time in the 1970's). When I commented that this wasn't a marriage but two-consecutive life sentences, I got a (well deserved) knitting needle poke in the ribs.

So just keep doing what you're doing, so long as it's OK with the better-half. Long life and happiness to you both.
