In today's WSJ: 0"fielders (in cricket) can polish the ball on their clothing provided no artificial substance is used. Players have long used saliva while shining the ball in the hope they can create turbulence("swing") as it moves through the air, confounding the batsman trying to hit it. Applying spit to the ball in the time of pandemic to shine the ball is considered a health risk. Suntan oil, furniture polish are being considered...previously, hair oil, Brylcreem:up: and long fingernails to pick at the ball
seams have all contributed to the skulduggery in the game...in Yankee baseball, spit's been outlawed for a century; such atrocious conduct results in a ten game suspension! Sweat however is still permissable in cricket, as Corona virus is not transmitted that way...":hmmm:

The real problem with lockdown is the reason for the lock down :yep:

I think all black men and white alike should form a protest on Washington, D.C.
that we want our nookie back.

We want stimulus funding too for small business massage palors.

Perhaps we could get a real movement going here to insure the relief of frustration in our nation. :D
