Happy Birthday vienna :Kaleun_Cheers:

Don't get drunk and go to bed early like other old men do now :D

Not a chance of that, since my medications don't play nice with alcohol. On the plus side, over the last year, I have been able to drop two of my prescribed medications, one of which I insisted to my doctors was the cause of a number of my symptoms, over their denials it was the cause; so, now, med is gone and so are those symptoms; silence from the docs...

I ran across this article a little while back:

December 16: The day of the (un)happy birthday --

Well, all i can say is December 16 has been fairly OK for me and I expect that if I continue seeing more of that date, I'll have a bit more time...

I'm an old, established concern, 69 years, same location, so I've probably not a few numbers ahead of you; what I'm looking forward to is turning 70 years, not just because its a so called 'milestone' (or is it millstone? :hmmm:), but because at 70, I'll be automatically disqualified from jury duty...

I want to thank everyone for their birthday greetings and wish that all of you also continue to have many more happy birthdays of your own...

"... 27 per cent moaned about their presents being wrapped in Christmas paper" :har: that's so cheap :har:

Well at least you didn't get forgotten, mate

The worst for those born about mid-December up to about New Yera's Day is the one-present covers all gambit: "Now, this present covers both your birthday and Xmas..."...

My sister was born in the first few days of November, and she always got separate presents, while I often got just the one; I really didn't mind much, but, over the year, I've met other December-born people who had really hard feeling over the situation...

I know a few people personally and have mixed responses from them but in all honesty I'm personally pleased I'm mid year :)
