I think thats all...

After 20h the first weatherchange gets sensible to a minute change
After more than 500 km middle speed from harbour.




once it changes it gets sensible.

However when you use accelerator again it will took again some hours to rejust or whatever...

Also it looks to me ,on every patrolstart the weather will iniciate a 4 0.

My version however is sensible from the very beginning.
And I'm sure it iniciates different weather or changes in the next min to more stormy so you encounter different weather already in harbour.

However, for me suits now my edited gwx.
