I can tell them about all the sand! :D A Ducati? Well you know, Italian bikes are like Italian Women. They look beautiful, are high in maintenance, gives you headaches and only let you ride them when they feel like it. :03: |

LOL. Love it. :k_rofl: If you don't have a copyright on that phrase, I would like to use it. I will just have to be careful when and where I use it. :03: Welcome back Hunter. It's great to see you back in Subsim. :Kaleun_Applaud: Quote:
I had never seen one of these Strom's before Neal. They look like a cross between a sport bike with cruiser elements and the suspension of a competition dirt bike. Interesting. How Many CC's and what are the horsepower and torque figures for it ? |

Neal's Vstrom is a 650cc engine with 66bhp and 60.3 Nm at 6.400rpm for torque. We used to have them in our rental fleet as well, very reliable nimble and comfortable bikes for touring.[/QUOTE] Thanks Hunter. I'm not surprised you would be familiar with these motorcycles and know the specs. The motorcycles from Japan have a reputation for being well engineered and reliable with few hiccups. It doesn't matter if you chose Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki or Yamaha. There are of course motorcycles from Italy, the U.S and many others like Triumph from England that enjoy excellent reputations as well. Thanks again Hunter for the info. |
