US Special forces sneak into North Korea to play tricks on it's leader.

Hope this works. Ha ha.

instead of US special forces what if China has rangers like Delta Force to protect their US allies business interest form skipping a beat in ordering goods from China.

Yeah I like that one ... now that I think about it that would make a great movie.

China is almost fed up with the scales of nuclear threats ... just a matter of time :yep:

I know I won't find much agreement with this, but I would not be at all surprised to wake up one morning to the news that North Korea has launched an all out offensive on the South.

Sure, that would be crazy. But look at their leader and their entire social structure of mass brainwashing.... could happen.

I guess it would depend on how desperate the DPRK got, if the ruling class found themselves backed into a corner economically and socially then they might well decide to go for broke at Seoul because they have nothing left to lose.

As long as we don't do something stupid that makes KJU feel that his sovereignty is being threatened, there is little chance he will do anything.

I have it the same way as Neal.

Heard in the news some days ago, that the NK was ready to stop all these test if USA and SK stopped their military exercises.

Wait, are you saying KJU is a rational person who weighs the situation and makes smart decisions?

mapuc 04-28-16 05:43 PM

I don't know this KJU in person only from what I read in the news and in places like Subsim.

I doubt that he is suicidal in the way he is does not care if he lose what he has and maybe his life.

Doesn't look like the Chinese will allow him to even if he wanted to.

China will not allow chaos and war to break out on the Korean peninsula, which would be to no one's advantage, Chinese President Xi Jinping told a group of Asian foreign ministers on Thursday.

North Korea's drive to develop a nuclear weapons capability, in defiance of U.N. resolutions, has angered China and raised tension in the region.

"As a close neighbor of the peninsula, we will absolutely not permit war or chaos on the peninsula. This situation would not benefit anyone," Xi said in a speech to a Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia.

Hi Markus, I have no doubt you are right, Kim Jung Un is most likely not suicidal. However, I draw a noticeable distinction between suicidal and insulated from reality and delusional. He thinks he is in the right, and is likely very confident his forces would win a confrontation--his toadies and political lackies probably tell him every day how brilliant he is and if he wanted to, he could crush South Korea and America. And that's what I think holds the most risk.
