Got rid of the Gas grills. Found that my drinking time was greatly reduced with them and I'd actually have to cook.
Charcoal has changed all that.

This is why I like hardwood and the Akorn from Chargriller. Yesterday I startd the coals. Using the vents I had the heat at 250 degrees for ribs. It holds the heat for 3 plus hours at 250 degrees. This allows for plenty of time for beer drinking.
