All data from Wikipedia. UK's and Germany's data is valid as of 2013 and 2014 respectively. California's figures are calculated using 2012 data from California's wiki article except that 2013 population estimate was used.

*U.S. total is about $15.5 trillion of which 12.9% is from California. This translates to about $2.015 trillion.
**California's per capita is 2,015,000,000,000/38,332,521 = $52,586
