That makes sense. I guess Allah spared the guy's life.

Many years ago I was a documentary on Swedish TV. I can't remember the title and what it really was about. It was somehow about Islam and in this documentary a scholar from a Islamic school said that the old Arabic word for Virgin also could mean raisins

When he said this, I thought what a disappointment for this terrorist, when he gets to his destination place

Reminds me of the 3 Bandits hung in Texas years ago.
Each was asked if they had any last words.
1st Guy said Viva Mexico!
They strung him up and swung him out over the Rio Grande.
He slipped out of the noose and swam to the Mexican side.
Same with the second Guy.

3rd Guy they asked, 'Any last words?'
He said, 'Can you tighten up the noose? I can't swim.'
:haha:

Anyone who is willing to kill themselves over an invisible spook in the sky, deserves whatever ridicule/justice they get.

No Christians, you are not exempt, as a matter of fact you started it...Crusades anyone, they were not bothering you, but nations united to bother them. Behind a Pope, do some history on the pope, and antipopes, and reasons for antipopes, and schisms...

It is fascinating...

Maybe we deserve what we get.

Anyone ever think about that?

The plot thickens....

I'm atheist, but It could be argued that the Muslims started everything with their incursion into the Iberian Peninsula in the 8th Century.

I think I was more speaking on the horrid corruptness of the Papacy, and how it used its powers to manipulate nations, in the name of some invisible spook in the sky.

Early Christianity was very "competitive" as lords got glory for conquering heathens, just look at Richard the Lionheart, a hero of the Brits, yet knew not one word of English (he spoke french), made his name on Muslim blood, and not kindness to the English people. Nope, he barely identified with them, (had no problem taxing them) yet he is some kinda folk hero.

I blame him for 9/11!:O:

You also said: "Maybe we deserve what we get".

Don't throw everyone into the pile of Christians. I have nothing to do with this jihad/crusade.

It's probably best I watch on the sidelines as they kill each other off.
