You seriously expect something good to come out of the failure known as EA. I don't think EA could make a good pile of manure, much less a video game.

DICE is developing this game and EA is publishing it.... Hopefully it isn't ruined.

I'm very excited though...yes....If they just redo the first game with new graphics, A.I. and features I'd buy it and probably wear it out just like I did with the other 4 games. :03:

Star Wars Battlefront was my first Shooter....and I'm still playing it 10-11 years later. I love it. :shucks:

As long as EA doesn't go and screw it up on publishing....I'll probably be happy.

Wait, you can still play EA games more than 2 years after release? Normally they brutally murder it at that point... Guess they forgot to chain it to a server.

The original games weren't made by EA. Handheld versions by Rebellion

It was Pandemic and LucasArts...but...both companies are now in the toilet and there had been a failed attempt at a SWB3 in like 2007.

I dug out my old PSP and played Elite Squadron....man....I suck at this game. I used to be great. But now....I suck. :dead:

The xbox versions are more fun....but ES has the best features. :rock:

Though they do pull the plug on their sports games at least, as they release follow-ups every year.

Those sports games end up in the dollar rack after a year anyway. They're just throwaway games. It makes no sense to keep buying them.

I am not excited about a console game - period.

But I know you have a favorite game series. :03:

SWBF 3 has been talked about many times before ..... Believe it when I actually see it in dvd/steam form, Until then ... Skeptical to say the least.
