The British establishment came down heavy on Mosley, much about him was strangled under official secrets act, a lot of which is still hidden away. Freedom is a fine balance between the right to free speech and the right to use that free speech to control the masses.
Control is the holy grail of western politics and it is never left to the people to work things out or think for themselves, best summed up by Edward Bernayes, "the intelligent manipulation of the habits and opinions of the popular masses is an essential part of democracy" In todays western media driven secular world it is almost impossible to think or discern truth for oneself. Mosley was wrong, but he was entitled to speak out and think for himself as a free man, but controlling people the way he did was taking away their freedoms, where is the balance. :hmm2: |
He could have been a great dictator
Given half the chance But they treated him like a traitor So he went to live in France! Baronet Oswald Ernald Mosley!! |
