Yes, I was using it more than a year ago and it's still gathering dust somewhere on the hard drive.. it's time to shake the dust off and re-examine, with the new knowledge :up:

I can fiddle around with some of those variables and see the impact. Atleast the variables themselves seem to be named pretty well in the config file so it shouldnt be blind changes.

Summing up, we have 6 different wave configurations available for SH5 so far:
  • stock settings
  • Improved Waves - Improved roll & pitch V1.1
  • sobers waves mod V12 27032013
  • Real Environment - Revision 3 = DynEnv v2.9 - Breeze
  • DynEnv v2.9 - Gale
  • DynEnv v2.9 - Hurricane

I didn't test them all, but I think any of them got its pro and con. Time to merge them into a definitive SH5 waves mod?

I mean a mod containing the best of their settings and possibly further improving them :hmm2:

AOTD MadMax waves mod (don't remember the exact title)
:D My Waves mod (never been released here, only on sukhoi.ru)

EDIT: BTW, Improved Waves - Improved roll & pitch contains not only SeaParaneters.cfg.. also uboat's .sim-files..
