toni007 doesn't have the means, I think, to buy one, and is wondering if some kind soul has one spare which they could send to him.

I'm happy to send him one through the SS Amazon portal provided I'm convinced the kit is correct and suitable.

Please be careful...

http://www.amazon.com/PowerColor-Rad...%2FHDMI+SILENT

From the description it is said to not being compatible to PCI - E Version 1 or 2 ( Bus: PCI-Express x16 Version 2.1 (does not support version 1.0 or 2.0)).

It normally should be, but who knows...

Hi all thx for fast reply,
iam really desperate.
however
i will need pcix16 with lower consumation power as my PSU is only 300 watts and
its unbranded PSU which is even worse and it says total OP 180w.
This is bad,but my friend i know has psu he will give me 400 watt one
so there should not be problem with hd 5450 1gb
my Motherboard is ASUS P5KPL-AM IN/ROEM/SI
im not sure if this motherboard will support that graphic card so can anyone check this out for me?
Thx all ;)

I have your PM toni007 but am reluctant to act until I know the piece of kit is the correct one for you.

Hopefully Herr-Berbunch will be around soon to assist in identifying said kit.

After that all I need do is identify via the SS portal on Amazon.com and ensure they will post to Croatia?

Hi,dont need to hurry.

Iam only concerned about my cheap PSU which is old 4 years and it should die in few months max.

It says 300 watt on psu but its fake.
below that says 170w total output.
so that means its 170 watt psu no 300?
also +12v rails have only 10 ampers which is terrible.
But i have backup plan with PSUs,my frend has one 400 watt so i will try it :)

toni007 12-29-12 07:40 AM

And i dont know if amazon.com ships outside of US

Maybe you should try amazon.co.uk,amazon.fr,amazon.ge

because those countries are much closer to croatia?

Most generous, Jim. I'll refund you the postage for my part. May be cheaper to get UK delivery and post it on?

Just checking details now, but on phone so not the quickest job . . .

I have a Gainward 8800 GTX Golden Sample gathering dust here. Only thing that concerns me is the power draw ( up to 185w ).

@H-B, specs are here;
http://www.gpureview.com/GeForce-8800-GTX-card-474.html

Would you check em out for compatibility, I'm sure all is fine if only our friend can supply enough power !

Best regards.

Could be on a winner here but best wait on HB coming back.

Mega lazy here...just go to an ex-colleagues pooter shop, give him my spec requirements and ask him when I should collect :88)

Don't worry Jim, I been there mate :haha:, then started building myself. I don't think it's ever worked out cheaper, but at least I know what parts are bundled ;)

Like I say this GPU should suit down to the ground I'm just a tad unsure about that mobo, can't find too much detail re the PCI-E, and of course the PSU, I had it running in a 1000w SLI rig.

Best regards.
