I see you have equipment upgrades fix. Alone it's not enough imo.
You should try in this order:
Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_byTheBeast
Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1 (available by date) V8 by sober
#Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1_HotFix
...to play with historical equipments avalaible by date :yep:
