strange: you mean http://www.commanders-academy.com/forum/forum.php, aren't you?

Get nothing, checked it with different browsers...perhaps an authorization issue?

And if the database is still consistent, can't you just install the old version of the forum?

OneShot 05-26-12 10:35 AM

The problem is that upgrades not only modify the files but the database as well. Since the update doesnt run all the way through part of the db is already at the latest version.

Unfortunately vBulletin support sucks at the moment big time.

But I´m still on it.

I still get a blank page.

XabbaRus 07-25-12 01:57 PM

Still nothing, any news?

Any update, OneShot - or do you think the Wiki is 'lost'? Would be a real pity :(

OneShot 01-10-13 03:04 AM

The data is certainly not lost, but I don't know why - for some everything is visible and for some nothing. For example, regardless of what browser I use I can see all and everything on the website.

RL has prevented me in dedicating much time to the website in the recent past ... hopefully I can get to it ASAP.

That's good news...if you later need somebody for testing, just contact me...I've Firefox/Chrome/Explorer at my disposal :)

I have just attempted to view the site in current Windows 7 64-bit-compatible versions of FF, IE, Chrome, Safari, and Opera.

It's a blank page in all.

That OneShot continues to be able to view it may be due to a number of reasons. Browser caches, cookies, plugins, extensions, OS, hardware, limited IP range based on country, or that its granting access based on his admin status. There's plenty of reasons why he can see it while we cannot.

I just hope it's eventually resolved. :)

It's not working on my end. I'm still getting a blank page when I'm trying to access it using both Firefox and IE.

Hi OneShot...any update?...just have seen that the server throws now an internal error...so y might be working on the problem?

OneShot 06-07-13 06:53 AM

The server is responding quite crazy. I tried a new installation and that just shows a blank page. They did a lot of maintenance those last few weeks, so I'm optimistic that hopefully I can get PHP running again, followed by the forum. I havent given up - but RL keeps me occupied and I can only get seldom to work on this.
