Foster's has one of the worst after tastes ever. Its crap beer. I think the only reason why anyone thinks Fosters is the Australian national beverage of choice is because of Paul Hogan.

We had some Australian relatives of The Frau visit us a few months ago. When we talked about beer, he told me that Fosters is Australian for crap.

Fosters is what's just bad about Australian beer, I lump it in the same category as Victoria Bitter and Carlton Draught. I'll stick with my Boag's premium if I'm having a beer. Might be from Tasmania but damned if it isn't good beer.
