I idolize the vikings.

Much better, and the Vikings might be good to have with you sometimes ... if the opportunity arises,

Jim,

I am using Irfanview for the first time, have opened my image, and after reading the 'help' section I click on Batch conversion/Rename, how do I now activate the batch process? as nothing happens after that. Also, regarding shrinking the size once its in .TGA format what dimensions should I use for it to fit in the 'emblems' folder?.

Cheers.

Open it up with Irfanview then click on File>Save As and choose TGA.

The image is already at the correct size, simply give it a name and drop it into your Emblems folder.

I don't think you'll find one instance of me refusing anyone help on this forum provided they are polite and not overly aggressive...and assuming of course I am able :salute:

Jim (or anyone else for that matter),

It looks like i'm ready to put the 'trident' into my 'emblems' folder ,it doesnt matter if the file 'type' is described as 'Irfanview TGA File' does it?,the game should still recognize the file as a legitimate TGA?

Thanks pal.
