Like castout said everyone has a doomsday/judgment day at some point and in this vast grand scheme universe sooner or later the entire thing will be gone at least as how we know it so why bother worrying about things that you cant control and are 100% going to happen anyway?

Might as well enjoy life while you have it you never know when you are going to die.

Though I dont agree with castouts you only live form 50 to 60 to me you live your entire life span and learn as you go.

I know, it gets old. It's because Jerusalem is so "biblical". Can't have a doomsday prophecy without a holy 'something' being involved. Why can't it start in the great-aunt's wardrobe or some place like that? :)

Haha funny picture. Rapture is not biblical. Talk to any biblical scholar(I mean scholar, doesn't have to be a believer). But it seems too many people believe in Rapture.

But that's another topic. As for getting into shape yeah do it. One life, one body one mind in just one lifetime! Better make full use of what we have been given imo. Get in shape, whether to feel good or to charm the ladies.

Yeah, I don't care how sure I was, I wouldn't throw away my life savings away to advertise this.

I mean....what if your wrong? But then again I'm the type of guy who wouldn't tell people about this even if I knew for a fact when and why we were going to die.

It was a joke to those people who can't appreciate life and put some things overrated as their yardstick. Those things usually involve money or power.

We indeed have to start living our life to the fullest, to appreciate this life however short that we have. Many people need to take control over their life instead becoming victim out of conditions that they wish they never in in the first place. If you don't like certain things don't do that certain things. If you don't like the job just quit and find another. If your calling doesn't lay in amassing great wealth but to give service to fellow men then do it, quit that job and just do it. If you want to travel the world just do it when you can and because you actually make the plan and the chance. If you want to make a difference then do it despite the consequence. What is a success or a failure anyway if in the end we will all successfully die. After all we live only a life time and to die the rest of the time so why not make it worth the while. Death laughs at us ALL. With it the greatest achievement is as meaningless as the most useless endeavor. Even if we were worshiped by the multitude of the living what would it do to us when we are already in death. Nothing I tell you.

I saw a dying small boy on tv who was sick out of incurable disease. When asked what was it about life that he liked the most, he answered just simply living. I realized the boy has learned much more than the average adults who can often feel ungrateful most of the time. He has since passed away. A brave and wise kid.

So far their track record for being right isn't exactly stellar.

One of the local papers had a big headline "World Ends Today!" on the morning edition of the "doomsday". The next morning the headline was something along the line of "World Fails To End!"

If the world does end I can see the modern headlines already each with the appropriate political slant.

Huffington Post
World destroyed--Women and Minorities hurt worst

National Review
World Ends--another Obama/FEMA plot?

Wall Street Journal
Planet Destroyed--all stocks down 6 7/8ths

Well according to the article, the world is not ending on 21 May 11

21 May is when people in JC's posse are carried into heaven. The rest of us will experience 153 days of death and horror until the world ends on 21 Oct.

So we have a little time.

Yeah, pretty much. :D

But look on the bright side. With all of JC's boys and girls gone, it will be easier to find a parking spot! :yeah:
