Well got the kit yesterday and it looks reasonably good, minor wear but overall better than I expected for being milsurp.

Today I built the front barrel assembly. Normally that requires a press to press on the rear sight, Gas tube thingy and front sight. But I don't own a press nor am I going to spend $300 dollars to get a cheap one so I assembled it with the old Mk1 eyeball and a big forgen HAMMER! The results were a few dings here and there plus allot of *%)#&$ but it all went where I told it to and then I pinned it all in place with the BIG FORGEN HAMMER! Thor would be proud.:salute:

Not built yet. I still need to order a reciever and 5 other U.S. parts to make it R922 compliant. Then I have to figure out how in gods green earth I am going to Rivet this thing together! I am guessing with a big Forgen HAMMER!
