Thanks for your comments, been making steady progress today and, AFAIK, I only have one thing to tweak before probable release sometime this weekend. This will be a new mod and will include 2 MG-34 and 3 MG-34 on the turm versions, as well as the matching number of MGs inside the CT. It will also feature all the bridge objects present on my Super Turms v5.1 boats as well as the UZO model rotating to bearing feature and up/down radio antenna and it will include Privateer's new Turm Emblems Your Way model and emblem template. The objects such as the UZO, helmets, mug, MG-34s and ammo drums inside the turm will disappear on surfacing and reappear when diving. So it will be just like my Type 7s except for having the additional re-scaling of the turm. As these will be only Turm-related files it will simply install on its own or AFTER Super Turms v5.1 and will compliment the crew on deck and bearded crew on deck mods whose files it will not clash with. Edit: I shall also bundle my latest command_cfg file as included in Supeer Turms v5.1. For users of maGUI v3.4 you will need to de-activate my add-on fix and then re-activate AFTER the Super Turm 9c1 mod. Thus Install order for related mods: 1. GWX_DFa-Flag&Pens_2010 --- Required for my Super Turms and/or Multimod compatability fix release v1.3 public beta mods to work correctly. 2. FM30_UpDown_final 3. FM_NewInterior_V1.0 4. Conning Tower open Hatch TestFMfood 5. Depthcharge Shake v2.01 6. Urfischs_ModStrike_Beta1 7. Waterstream+Exhaust Combi V2.3 for GWX3 8. New Uboat Guns 1.2 9. WAC4.1 SubPen_animated_18.02.2010 ----- Must be activated for Super Pens mod (12) to work correctly. 10. GWX_3_Wilhemshafen,St_Naz,Schluese_and_xtra_ships_ V5 ----- Must be activated for Super Pens mod (12) to work correctly. 11. Aces' Multimod compatability fix release v1.3 public beta --- This mod makes 1-10 mutually compatible and includes early Super Turms functionality. 12. thank you for all this time spending job. I am lover of good graphics, I thing a good simulation is not mathematical matter only, but visual too. I would like ask you (and, please forgive me if already respose to that) if is possible to create a "ready for use" mod merging the mods with numbers 1 to 13 (see your post #22) and an other with the rest included. Probably with 2 or 3 optional to add with JSGME. If you have permission from the authors, should be OK, no? This will avoid many discrepancys, I believe. Just an example: The GWX_DFa-Flag&Pens_2010 Of course I found that, I have that, but when I clic the link for Patch_compat_2_DD_OH_V3 is dead. I need that? No? And the Patch_compat_GWX_IntOrders I need it? No? And so on for the rest..... Sorry if I am not enough skilful to manage 15 mods, and more, together, but after all I am just a player. :cry: |

Thanks for your comments. I think it difficult to produce a "combined mod" and, I'd prefer to keep things the way that they are. When I released the "multi mod compat mod" it was for the sole purpose of attempting to make the mods listed in the documentation compatible. When I relased Super Turms it was so that the turm-related mods listed would be combined or compatible. What are Patch_compat_2_DD_OH_V3?? and Patch_compat_GWX_IntOrders I don't use these mods and haven't posted any links for them so I don't know if they effect any of my mods or related mods You don't have to use 15 mods together I posted that list to help folks with the install order of my mods and those mods related to my mods Best Regards Aces. |
