Btw. I forgot which mod I used to get the new wide periscope graphics. I hate the original periscopes, its so narrow and "not pretty". Where can I find the new periscope optics mod to make both periscopes have wide field and the nice sound?

Btw, do you recommend Open Horizon mod? There are so freakin many mods available now, I don't know which to choose.
I want the game to remain somewhat stable and have nice periscopes, nice sounds. What mods do you recommend?

The mod "type C41 for OHII" is not a good mod anymore.
With the new campaign (MG) - it will no longer work after v1.8 and cause ctds
You could update to work with or without OHII

Hi. I converted the OHII version to be compatible with the latest OHII. It works, but now I have a problem that the periscope graphics are gone every second time I load the game (white screen) both the attack periscope and obs pericope. Have the names been changed for the periscopes somewhere since the last Open Horison release, when this mod used to work?

Delphi, do you have another version that's compatable without having OHII installed? I sure would like to have a VIIC/41 to work with. ;)

I have updated the mod to support Open Horizon 1.9 and also to support regular SH5. The archive contains both versions. Download link can be found in the first post.

If you install the OH version of this mod, be sure to install Open Horizon before you install this mod.

Is it possible that the VIIC41 - Start with in beginning of campaign mod could be upgraded again by someone to run with OH II 2.4?
