that's because until we can clone .gr2 files I had to setup IRAI for the later years of the war. You can change the difficulty parameters as you progress with the game to model the changing in equipment over the years of the war though :yep: That's one way to simulate newer and better equipment for the enemy as the war progressed on.

if i am understanding wright what you wrotted here, your opinion is, that, to have succes in attacking ships is related about how good you make your tactical plans of attack - so if you are able to do a proper attack plan this means in my opinion that you have skills and having good skills then you can have irai at expert level.
If you are not capable to elaborate an good attack plan means (in my opinion of cource) that you must practice more and in meean time you can help you a bit by setting the IRAI at your level (beginer or intermediate) - this i was talking about when i spoked about the skills related to the IRAI setting levels.
