I dunno, you made a good point about it being better to ask and know than not to ask and never know. Still, it's irrelevant to me now, but sometimes it's better to get rid of the uncertainty and be prepared for the possibility of rejection but the glimmer of hope of approval. That being said, it took threats of violence from the friend that introduced me to my other half to make me pluck up the courage to ask her...and even then I did it via a text message. :oops: Still, she said yes.
