It does not matter much whether you are killed with a 2010 Hell-fire missile or killed with a bundled WWII ordnance IED. :nope:
It is not about the technology but the motivation of the soldier to his or her cause that wins battles.

okay...WE gave the Taliban new weaponry in the 80's such as the stinger missile. As to Iraq, casualty reports from iraq show that, although we lost many good men...the opposing forces lost many, many more. And a Bomb is a bomb. Sure, they can put TnT on a road and detonate with a car battery...but can their ordinance fly through a window or bust a bunker deep underground? Nope.
nice try, our military is Set up for a ground war vs. another nation. not gurilla activities. Iran would be toast. All the motivation in the world won't stop that hellfire from destroying your tank.
