Actually Lcpl Iranian government personnel have been targeted in Suicide Attacks before. A Sunni group sent two bombers out and blew up a Mosque in Zahedan targeting several IRGC officers that were there to commemorate the birthday of an Imam.

Might allow for a quicker swap out of different payloads. The UAV looks sufficiently large for a small ASM like a Kedge or a rocket pod, a dispenser could also be fitted for cluster munitions or CBR weapons.
