We'll have to form an agency to work on that problem.

But first we need to form a committee to discuss the proper organizational structure of the proposed agency.

So... who's bringing the donuts?

Hang on, which council is going to govern the committee that structures the agency that carries out the study?:hmmm:

Okay, so far we have:

Committee to discuss forming a council to organize a committee to create an agency to decide who will be on the committee to buy the donuts for the committee to form the council to organize the committee to create the agency that will look into the reasons for government bloat and waste.

Next on the agenda: Coffee!

RE: Donuts

I appreciate the concern shown by all to the formation of appropriate regulatory bodies essential for the proactive methods we shall use to go forwards during the next quarterly time structure pending the celebratory season, but no-one has noticed the importance of one crucial factor, essential for the productivity necessary to the aforementioned regulatory bodies, in order that they may approach their business in a task and resource driven environment suitable to the needs of the goals of the committees and their mandate to execute their conclusions (subject to approval by the oversight committee appropriate).

All means at our disposal should be trained toward this task, with an independent team organised with the objective to expropriate all information pertinent to the resolution of the following agenda choices:

Custard or Jam?
