I bet ice cream trucks are just a myth invented by a conspiracy in the frozen dessert industry in order to take over the market.

Same here! Its the Ice Cream truck conspiracy!!!

If your neighborhood has never been invaded for an afternoon by one of these creatures you are very lucky indeed.

And it's always on the one day when it finally cools down (or warms up) enough to turn off the A/C (or heat) and throw open the windows and air out the place. You settle in to enjoy a book or some telly or maybe catch a nap with a lovely fresh breeze lapping softly at your curtains, and then...

and then...

AND THEN:

If it would just drive by and continue on out of earshot it wouldn't be so bad. BUT IT PARKS RIGHT THERE.

:dead:

Speaking of ice cream trucks, is there anyone here that could call in an air strike on the one that veeeeery slowly makes its way up and down my street on Saturday afternoon, and then parks right in front of my building, thereby causing any neighborhood kid who is not already shrieking and yelling directly outside my window to run screaming in to join the party, while simultaneously offering the added attraction of that horrible jingly tune it plays nonstop until I want to tear my hair out?

Because that would be awesome.

I hear ya. I especially want a strike mounted against the one that blares the theme song from The Sting, over and over and over and over and over....

I was lucky enough to live in a neighborhood that didn't have a lot of kids. The ice cream truck didn't see a lot of business there. Now, knowing the way my words sometimes jinx things... :shifty: I would suspect that that neighborhood is about to be overrun by quintuplet families. I am so sorry, old quiet neighborhood. :nope:

A brig wall? I don't think being slow on the draw is an offense worthy of incarceration. :D

Unless, you know, you're into that. :shifty:

Nah, Schroeder has committed enough crimes against humanity to be thrown into the brig (If the guillotine isn't an option, that is).

I always thought he was there to rescue all the bicycles menaced by international communism.

You know, like some kind of sad, dorky superhero with not enough superpowers to do anything really cool.*
