I'm not sure what the 'remove grain effect' is but the other two should be okay.

Disable the grain mod and cross yer fingers :03:

Failing that it could be low system specs....don't recall what yours are I'm afraid.

jimbuna, I reverted to an earlier save, well away from coastal waters, and everything is now fine - thank you :)
