I just got word that my fire dept golf buddies want to make the yearly trip to play golf the same weekend as this trip. I emailed them back and said I am going up north to see subs and make some new friends on this trip so I am giving up golf, drinking and S_ _ _ p clubs for you guys.

As far as I know the date, or airport to fly into, hasn't been decided yet.

I'm still thinking that Boston is the best place for everyone to rendezvous.

If we meet up in Boston I will try and get in a day earlier and see some of the non navy sites.

Ok as nothing has been said in awhile I went ahead and have reservations at the Marriott Long Warf in Boston on the September 22. I wanted to come in a day early and see some other sites. I will also look into renting a car or mini van.
