Hi, it is simply a bug and should solved with the next patch. Also that AI-ships do not follow waypoints exactely. But shown exactely in the internal ME_sim-function! This is bugged since SH3 . I have it postet under the related rubric in this and other forums, but I have less hope if nobody comments this. Best regards Karl:rock: |

Just now I made a sh5 mission in a small harbor then I went into sh4's mission editor and went to the same harbor and put in a minefield(with a stupidly high density) and subnets. Then I copied the relevent info from the mission txt for the sh4 mission into the sh5 txt.
The mission editor would crash if I tried to open that mission, as expected. But the game loaded fine, same with the mission. But I looked around and couldn't find any mines or nets :wah: Yet one more thing they didn't finish. |

Harbour raiding has never been so simple Esp as no land units either |

Is easy to just cruise up on the surface and only submerge when a dd is spotted |
Why does all this exist for an iceberg but not for a Subnet or Mine?
http://img687.imageshack.us/img687/6936/icebergc.jpg Where is the 3D model for the Mine or Subnet in SH5? |
3d model is in the dat in the Library folder IIRC
Mines and subnets have just a cfg and eqp in the Ordnance folder as in SH3\4 |
