Almost every game nowadays get a day-1 patch... deal with it.

Don't go! Your accessment of SH5 is pretty spot on. Stay and help us push Ubi for additional patches, stay and watch the mods work, stay and help us turn this lemon into a nuclear-powered lemonaide machine.:shucks:

Anyways, it's been fun knowing y'all. Best of luck and take care.

Sorry about your Imac, Mac's are no fun when it come's to gaming.

Come back soon, the mods are running rampid!

Just because you don't like the game doesn't mean you have to leave. Hang around! :)

Laffertytig 03-09-10 04:00 PM

to say your 'leavin the community' really does sound a silly attention seekin comment. but fair play, looks like you attracted some. good job:yeah:

technically you can never leave as last time i checked you cant delete your forum account so your here good matey.

Melodramatic goodbye posts. One more of them. Yay, the world needed that. I think the line "Can I have your stuff" line sums up the sentiment pretty good. People care not for that. There is more to the simulation world than one single game, no need to make a big charade of it.

lol @laffertytig. there is no escaping the depths of subsim ;)

You people all miss the OP's point.

The 20+ other forums on Subsim... useless. The SHV forum is the only one worth being here for, if I didn't like, or couldn't play SHV I wouldn't be here either. When I registered back in 2005 it was because I knew one day there would be a SHV forum! If it were not for the modders I would have given up not only on Subsim but PCs and electricity all together!

"turn this lemon into a nuclear-powered lemonaide"!!:haha: That's about the same as saying we'll turn this lemon into an atomic turd!!:har:

"so I likely can't run SH5 anyways"

But you did try it?
I find it quite fun to play. Just like vanila SH4. There is the DRM issue but it's not to annoying to me (yet).
