You need to run JSGME first before it creates the mod folder. If you installed it correctly, it will create the mod folder after the first time you run the program.

Well I made a directory named MODS into SH4 game file anyway and used JSGME so you can work it bothe ways. Using the engine is the best way though. :salute:
