This is the kind of thing which happens when a government masks its intentions in 'the good of the people' through 'Change'. At the same time the people of Mass. are disarmed and can do nothing to stop the blatant infringement on their lives.

Then why pass another bill?
Because thats what poiticians do. Bills are constantly updated and amended.
Its a regular process over time , a bill that stipulates a $50 dollar fine will over the years be updated to take account of the real value of the dollar.
Every time an agency or organisation has a change of name all the existing bills have to be updated to remove the old name and include the new name.

Because Tribesman and a few others decides what you should post.

If it doesn't coinside with their tinhat theorys it shouldn't be posted.

I think it's called " censoring "
Yeah right

Tell you what Firewall why not read the bill as its clearly you that has the tinfoil hat .
Its very handiy linked in the article and contains all the words from the existing bill that are being changed and all the new words that are replacing them.
Everything the WND is making an issue out of about the "new" bill is already in the existing bill and has been for over 50 years.

Because we're dealing with new pandemic things that people 50 years ago didn't have to face, like AIDS, avian flu, swine flu, etc.
Yes like the old bills dealt with things like TB , which as it happens is now having to be dealt with under bills like this differently because of the emergence of drug resistant strains.
