I played around with the measure tool to get somewhat accurate vertical position for the frog. Hard to get the horisontal position from that angle, but you can see it's definitely off-center as the arse of the frog is just barely visible to the left of the photo.

Looking at the screenshot, I think it would be pretty good if you just moved it up so the eyes were on the level of the top railing of the tower, the feet should be then atleast farely close to the spot I marked to the photo.

I could of helped you out here had a very good ebook on Uboats and their emblems U-124 was one of em with a clear picture of the frog and in color!

Trouble is the ebooks and many other apps on subs are all gone, thanks to a trogan i got last few days :damn: my antivirus warned me about a possible trogan infection and recommed i do a Full dos scan which i did after 2hrs and 14 trogans later my pc is clean :o This trogan spread like wildfire infected everything it could get its hands on in my D drive where i store all my best stuff. I had to reformat D drive. Luckily windows on C was ok.

The culprit was a freeware app called Freecorder which i downloaded from there site! I need some app to record the sounds from Das Boot movie & convert them to ogg sound files so i can input them into SH3 (making my own little das boot sound mod) I found freecorder and thought this is what i need. Boy was i wrong. Totally stuffed up my pc for two days.

Avoid Freecorder!
