One thing is for sure, he'll never be doing that again in uniform. Short of getting spit in the face there's no call for that much aggression, especially against a female..............:nope: :nope:

I liked his defense concerning getting assaulted again!!! Ok, one shoe perhaps hit his knee. So, this 15 year old girl probably all of 120 pounds to his 200 pounds is going to kick his butt? Is this what he really thought? Nope, he saw an opportunity be dominating and decided that a knee to the chest, a punch to the face, shoving her head into the wall, throwing here down on the floor like a rag doll and then two fists to the head was the way to go. Sad, truly sad. He has no leg to stand on.

He certainly hasn't - he is too busy using it to kick the prisoner. What a big brave officer he is taking on that fifteen year old with only one other officer as backup.

My thoughts exactly. Throw the cuffs on just in case she might attempt to fend off Joey Donut.

I'm not defending that jerk in any way. He gives the majority of law enforcement officers a bad name but it can be easy to become jaded when you have to deal with stuff like this:

Admittedly that video is funny August. But, a bit different than a shoe being kicked at your knee cap. Officers need to know restraint. Quite honestly, he could have really hurt that girl by plastering her head into the wall a few times followed up by two hits the head. Really, there is no justification for his actions.

Oh I completely agree. I'd even go so far as to say he should be charged with assault.

He was obviously desperate and couldn't wait any longer :hmmm:

If they hadn't of asked him to walk that imaginery straight line.....yep, that's what the cause was :DL
