This is the reason we need some kind of ruling against these "Hype" events.

Yes it was just one person killed this time. But think of the damage being done as grandma looking for a present for the grandkids is pushed around by people looking to resell on Ebay.

This is what happened during the PS3 launch. People were getting beyond angry because they had planned with family/conspiritors to get as many as possible to make almost 100 USD profit on EBay.

Doorbuster, Blitz or whatever has turned into an Ebay product event. People bring everyone they can to get past limits and grab as much before they are swamped. It has got to be stopped.
