McCain has stole a last minute march on Obama here.

The eventual outcome will make history either way....first black president or first female vice president.

The question I'm asking myself is....how much of the female vote can she pull :hmm:

If the Vice Presidential debates include a pole, she would probably win.

To add a little more to your pondering:

1. She has 5 children, the oldest deploys to Iraq 11 SEP 08. The youngest has special needs.

2. Her husband has been a blue collar worker his entire life.

3. Her approval rating in Alaska is 80% as their governor.

TBH, I thought Obama was a certainty for victory, but since they've both announced their running mates I'm not so sure :hmm:

This is shaping up to be one awesome election! Every day my students come in wanting to talk about it all. The Palin choice was a great selection for McCain. Now I actually feel the race is wide open.

This race is what the youth and America as a whole needed. This race is revitalizing interest in voting and being informed. I see it every day in my classroom.

Someone else on a comment of the annoucement of Sarah Palin as John McCain's running mate said, "This may very well be the biggest general election ever held in the United States of America"

I agree it's getting exciting or maybe it's just the football season.
