- Plot your target's course down track.
- Draw a line from your position to an intercept point.
- Now you have two sides of a triangle: yours and your target's.
- Adjust your intercept point so that your side is shorter.
- Adjust your speed to be greater than or equal to your target's.
- Head for your intercept point.
When you get to the intercept point, come to a stop and wait. You are now ahead of your target and directly in his path. And you now have time to pull out all those devices you've downloaded ... use them to figure out how long you need wait. |
