I know it's an old thread, but any more recent encounters with King Neptune or King Boreas?

Dad was a shellback, and best I got was 4nm from the date line.

I wish I was a shellback, unfortunately I'm a Blue Nose instead. (BRRRRR!) Main reason I play Asiatic campaigns most of the time, if I never see the Denmark Straits again it will be too soon.
