Looks like a scaled-up Daussalt UCAV. Probably a US design though, guessing from the terrain :p

TLAM got it, it's the Boeing Bird of Prey. Flew from 1996-99 and was made public in 2002. Supposedly tested out newer visual camoflauges as well as doing X-45 related development.
