That version's still fairly early, though; you can't beat Jon Lord wailing on that organ plur Ritchie Blackmore's guitar. But really, that first one: 5 guitars and an orchestra?

All time favorite DP for me: their cover of Neil Diamond's 'Kentucky Woman', from Book of Taliesyn.
