lol tis why I asked Ref for it
I was working on an alternative flotilla mod to run from Konigsberg\Pillau later in the war as a lot goes on in the Baltic late on and is the only place to really see the heavy German units but I struggled to get through the channel

Ref to the rescue

@ Venatore
lol we are all in that boat mate
Obviously from scripting and researching I knew the Scheer and others spent time there so I knew it should be wider
In fact the Hipper/Scheer\Eugen and Lützow spent time there

Attention to the detail, I love it

Of course you would bring up my old logs, which most folks made sure I know they found quite boring.

And I screwed it up again. You were talking about the terrain editor itself, and I thought you meant the mod, which was in your first post at the top of the page...:damn:

I'm spending way too many hours writing down ship names. I think I'm gonna organize all the stuff I've downloaded for 2.1 and spend the weekend just playing.

I'm having problems with: Gun empacement on left while exiting waterway from Pillau appears in water
Will be taken care of in a GWX 2.1 bugfix.

Even after apply of 2.1 bugfix :nope:

Contact 07-10-08 03:36 PM

what ? no one else has noticed it ? well.. it's just a reminder that this ain't gonna fix by itself :p

Contact 07-15-08 04:59 AM

Seems no one cares about this :\

Someone's bound to notice this mod!

As soon as they found out the Pillau channel is too shallow for u-boats!:arrgh!:

The channel istelf is wide enough now, but the gun emplacement is left in water on the left side when exiting the bay.
That freaks me out a little bit, so I'm trying to forget this :D

HW3 07-18-08 04:13 PM

The readme for the mod says it will be fixed in a GWX 2.1 bug fix, guess they forgot about it.:hmm:

Jimbuna 07-18-08 05:45 PM

It has been fixed, IIRC :hmm:

HW3 07-18-08 07:06 PM

:hmm: I was going on Contact's posts about it, should have checked it out first before posting. I have a test mission going in the area, will check it out and see.

Edit: I checked and it has not been fixed. I am running the last patch BBW released, the one with the AA ships, locks, and AOTD ships combined into it.
