We get EVERYTHING payed. Sure there are queues, but show me a state run hospital the doesn't have queues. But you don't have to pay for medication (most of it), you get treated for anything possible and you can even be sent to another country of the state can't do something, or the queues are too long. If you are rich enough, you can go to a private doctor and he'll take care of you.

In America, you're supposed to self reliant, and responsable. Trouble is nobody wants to deal with being that way, as it would take effort.
