What? For saying you should trust her? (what's good for KP and FP is good for you too). Of course.

But only this once.:rotfl:

Hey! You almost hit two parked cars!

But no, I'd trust you, however I somewhat doubt your father will even let us in the car by ourselves anyway. XP

Just take your time and don't let other drivers get you flustered. Things that annoy me are drivers who just got their license thinking they know it all and trying to drive like Lewis Hamilton when just going to the shops.

The best advice I was given was that driving lessons allow you to pass a test. You really start to learn to drive when you are out on you own. Always keep a decent distance between yourself and the car infront and if in doubt keep cool.:|\\

Just remember one thing, the STOP sign does not mean come to stop it really stands for Spin Tires On Pavement. Watch the smoke fly :D

one tip for you never go up the outside (right hand side) of a lorry (truck semi) when he is turning right, makes a big mess when he slams into you!

Ok ok, maybe it's not the same thing. :p

drive with two bloody hands, unless you are shifting. keep your eyes on the road unless checking the mirrors.

maintain tactical awareness of the sides of the road and other vehicles.

that is about all there is too it.

driving a car is just that, but it can kill you very quickly if you drive too fast, get drunk and drive, or not respect the fact you are operating a machine that is just as happy to mangle your soft flesh as it is to operate perfectly as a very useful modern tool.

I make that sound horrible, which seems odd, given my love of vehicles (I own four Mustangs) but they are what they are.

It infuriates me to no end to have some young person run up behind me all the while chatting away on the phone and checking themselves in the mirror.

Now why would she want to drive with bloody hands? Leaving the scene of the crime I suppose:hmm: Is Kaptain Phillips OK? Next time let her drive KP!

Tchocky 03-13-08 03:46 PM

Look out for us cyclists :)

Stealth Hunter 03-13-08 04:09 PM

One big thing I'd suggest is that anytime you meet a car, and you are unsure what they're going to do, always assume that they're going to pull the worst move possible, in which case be ready to react to stay safe.

Oh yeah this is the best song to listen to while driving. :rotfl::rotfl:
