TUGS
there are two rival TUG fleets in the 1920s bigg city port they strugglr for contracts etc with the starr tugs being brave and friendly they have no problem but the z stacks are a different story

Does anybody remember the serials "Don Winslow of the Navy" and "Don Winslow
of the Coast Guard"??? They played at the theatre at 13 episodes each. The navy one was first and ran in 1942. The coast guard one is better and ran later. The stars were Don Terry and Walter Sande. I recently picked up DVD copies of both. They really look OLD.... The ship I saw in the navy one was an old 4 stacker DD. JIM |
