I have a guess on the CPA error. After deciding on a new intercept course to get to your attack station, you didn't update the relative plot of the target before measuring the CPA. You measured the CPA that would happen with your initial heading/speed, not the calculated new one.

This tool looks great, by the way. It may be enough to get me back into SH.
